
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of the Designott Lite Website Service (“Lite Website”) provided by Designott (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order and completing payment, the client (“you”, “Client”) agrees to the terms below.

Cancellation Window
The Client may request cancellation within:
- 12 hours from the payment time
After this window, cancellations are not accepted due to service activation and preparation procedures.
Refund Type
Refunds are partial refunds only.
A full refund is not available, because domain and hosting preparation starts immediately after payment.
800 EGP Deduction (Domain & Hosting Reservation)
If cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, the refund will be calculated as:
Refund Amount = Paid Amount – 800 EGP
The 800 EGP is deducted because it covers:
Domain reservation/registration processes
Hosting preparation and initial setup
These actions cannot be fully reversed after payment.
If the Client Paid 50% (Deposit Case)
In rare cases where Designott accepts 50% upfront payment, refunds follow the same rule:
✅ The 800 EGP deduction still applies.
Cancellation After 12 Hours
After 12 hours from payment:
❌ Cancellation is not accepted
❌ No refund will be issued
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent through:
Please include
- Client Name
- Business Name
- Website (If Served)
- Payment Method
- Payment proof (screenshot/receipt)
- Reason of Cancellation
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
7 to 10 business days
(Depending on payment provider and bank processing times.)
Refund Method
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED THROUGH
the same payment method used, or
another method agreed between the Client and Designott (if applicable)
Legal & Policy Updates
Designott reserves the right to update this policy when needed. Any new policy will apply only to new purchases after the update date
